Scope The scope includes the following requirement areas: M365/SharePoint M365 Technical Support & Maintenance M365 Migration Legacy SharePoint 2016 support and risk management Records Management Records Management & Information Governance Governance & Continuous Improvement General M365 Governance, Security & Compliance Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building Flexible Resourcing & Surge Capacity Project & Advisory Support Contractor Requirements The buyer requires the distinction between M365 technical and Records Management expertise: The seller must demonstrate access to suitably qualified and experienced specialists across both Microsoft M365 technical services and Records Management/Information Governance. The buyer expects the seller to be able to provide resources with the appropriate combination of technical and records management expertise depending on the requirements of each area or work package. The seller must demonstrate the ability to translate records management and information governance requirements into practical processes, controls and configurations within the Microsoft M365 environment. The buyer is seeking practical, implementation-focused advice rather than records management advice in isolation from the capabilities and constraints of the M365 platform. Contract Terms and Conditions The buyer is seeking to enter a time and material arrangement with the successful contractor, up to a maximum contract value The buyer and the contractor will collaborate on planning work activities throughout the term Instructions to Tenderers Sellers must address each requirement area in the response form provided The buyer reserves the right to shortlist sellers Shortlisted sellers may be requested to provide a presentation in the week of 19 October 2026 Sellers should make their key personnel available for presentation during this period
