About this tender

Overview The City of Canterbury Bankstown is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for the periodic and reactive maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at Council owned properties. Scope The tender comprises the following separable portions. Council may award part or whole of the contract to a single tenderer or to a panel of tenderers. Separable Portion 1 (SP1): Periodic and Reactive Maintenance of HVAC Systems Proactive inspection, testing, checking, maintenance and servicing of all HVAC systems and equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, relevant Australian Standards, statutory requirements and recognised industry best practice Ongoing maintenance of all HVAC systems, equipment and associated services in accordance with the latest editions of the applicable Australian Standards, Codes, Regulations, AIRAH Guidelines, manufacturer recommendations and statutory requirements Separable Portion 2 (SP2): Routine Water Testing and Treatment Provision of all labour, supervision, equipment, testing instruments, chemicals, consumables, reporting and specialist services necessary to maintain cooling towers and closed loop water systems in compliance with applicable legislation, Australian Standards and NSW Health requirements Contractor Requirements Respondents must be suitably qualified and experienced in the maintenance of HVAC systems and associated services Instructions to Tenderers Council is now using APET for all electronic lodgements. If not already registered with APET360, tenderers are strongly recommended to register online with APET360 upon downloading the tender documents from BuyNSW.
