Maintenance of Sewer and Stormwater Assets
Tender Overview
About this tender
Overview The Central NSW Joint Organisation (CNSWJO) invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to submit a Quotation/Tender for the Supply of Maintenance of Sewer and Stormwater Assets for participating member councils, upon the conditions set out in this RFX. Scope Maintenance of sewer and stormwater assets for participating member councils Instructions to Tenderers Respondents should read the questions carefully and ensure all requested documentation is attached. All responses must be input into the designated response areas within the online form. Tenders submitted as one PDF rather than in the designated boxes may not be accepted unless there is clear reference to the section and page number within the document relating to the specific question. Attachments are permitted for most questions. Any questions in relation to the RFX are to be made in writing through the eProcure portal. Any question that requests information relating to the contents of the RFX (as opposed to functionality of the e-procurement portal) will be responded to publicly through the portal to ensure all respondents are provided with the same information. Tender documents must be submitted via the eProcure electronic portal process. Please check the tender documents for the required submission process. Ensure all files are uploaded to the eProcure portal prior to the closing time and date, as the portal closes automatically at that time and file transfers still in progress at the exact closing time will not be accepted, with no automatic "successful submission" notice issued. It is recommended that if file(s) are in excess of 10MB in total, or being transferred from within a corporate network, respondents confirm with their network administrator or IT staff that internal file size restrictions will not prevent uploading to the eProcure servers. File transfers should begin at least 1 hour prior to the closing time to avoid delays.
How to respond to this tender
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Read the requirements in full
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Answer every criterion with evidence
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Lodge early through the official portal
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
