About this tender
Overview South Western Sydney PHN (SWSPHN) is seeking to commission an eligible organisation to establish and deliver the Green Valley Medicare Mental Health Centre, as part of the national rollout of Medicare Mental Health services, formerly known as Head to Health. Purpose The centre will address identified gaps in the mental health system by providing an accessible, evidence-informed and person-centred service for adults experiencing moderate to high levels of distress or crisis. Scope The scope includes: Establishing and delivering the Green Valley Medicare Mental Health Centre Delivering a recovery-oriented, cost-effective service aligned with a stepped care approach Supporting adults whose needs are too complex for many current primary care services Supporting adults who are not eligible for public mental health services or who require more timely care than those services can provide
