Provision of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to service all Local Health Districts for the agreed term. Project goals Please refer to Multi Agency_5459 Part B - Tender Specifications and Appendix_1. This multi-Agency tender on behalf of the five participating Local Health Districts (LHD) collectively referred to as 'the Agencies'. The Agencies seek to engage a single qualified external provider of a Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to service all LHDs for the agreed term. The preferred outcome is the appointment of a single supplier to deliver all Services across all participating LHDs. However, under certain circumstances one or more suppliers may be appointed for specific service requirements. Suppliers may submit proposals for one or more participating LHDs and may propose to deliver Standard Services, Optional Services, or both. While a preferred supplier may be appointed, individual LHDs may, under certain circumstances, enter into an agreement with a non-preferred supplier for specific service requirements. The Agencies reserve the right to award contracts to one or more suppliers across the participating LHDs.
