About this tender
Overview The National Heart Foundation of Australia (Heart Foundation) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified organisations to deliver an independent evaluation of the Champions4Change (C4C) program. Purpose The purpose of this RFP is to engage a First Nations–led evaluator or evaluation team to design and deliver a culturally safe, independent evaluation of the Champions4Change program. This evaluation will build on existing internal monitoring and evaluation activities to generate deeper insights into program implementation, Champion experiences, community influence, and future measurement approaches. Findings from this evaluation will inform program improvement, strengthen accountability to funding partners, and support future investment and sustainability of the program. Scope The scope includes: Design and delivery of a culturally safe, independent evaluation of the Champions4Change program Generating insights into program implementation, Champion experiences, and community influence Providing recommendations on future measurement approaches for the program Contractor Requirements Must be a First Nations–led evaluator or evaluation team How to Apply Interested organisations and researchers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest outlining their proposed approach, team expertise, budget, and timeline.
