About this tender
Parkes Shire Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the New Eugowra Road Pump Station (NERPS). The scope of works includes the delivery of an 1010kW ground-mounted solar PV system to support pumping operations at the New Eugowra Road Precinct. The works comprise (and the Contractor is to), but not limited to, the following: Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an 1010kW ground-mounted solar PV system Supply, installation and commissioning of grid connected inverters of 770kW AC capacity (e.g. 7 x 110 kW units). Installation of underground DC cabling path from the solar PV array to the NERPS main switch room, including sub-array cabling Provide a complete solar PV system, including the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the system Integration of the solar PV system with the new NERPS electrical infrastructure, including locating inverters in the main switchroom and connections to the main switchboard located within the pump station Preparation of all technical documentation, including design documents, certifications, commissioning records, and as-built drawings Lodgement and management of all applications and approvals required by Essential Energy for network connection, on behalf of the Principal Compliance with all relevant Australian Standards, network requirements, statutory obligations and workplace health and safety requirements
