Overview Bega Valley Shire Council is seeking tenders to establish a new Panel of Providers for Civil Works and Services. Scope The scope includes: Provision of all materials and resources required to carry out and complete any Contract awarded from the Panel Proactively directing, managing, initiating and implementing necessary quality control measures and activities involving all personnel, subcontractors and suppliers throughout any engagement from the Panel to achieve the specified quality Locating underground services prior to commencing any works or services from the Panel Carrying out appropriate quality assurance procedures and keeping up to date records to comply with Panel and Contract undertakings and requirements Meeting all costs incurred in completing the services by the time stated in the Contract, including any overtime, bonus and allowances Providing, upon reasonable request, copies of documented health and safety procedures, processes and any appropriate certification for specific tasks Provision of traffic control as an ancillary service within each category Categories The Panel is made up of the following categories: Concreting Fencing Paving Structures Water and Sewer Road Maintenance
