QUOTATIONS MUST INCLUDE: • Trailer to be a side tipper • King pin to be 50mm • Landing legs to be dual speed type and capable of safely carrying a full loaded trailer • Quoter nominated make and model • All tyres to be 11.00 – 22.5 tubeless radials. One spare tyre and rim assembly for the same specification as the others. Two spare carriers mounted in a vertical position under the floor of the trailer • Parker 6600 style P/N-66051616 & 66031616 coupling for the hydraulic hoist is to be mid mounted at the most forward point of the trailer. All coupling and sockets to be located and shielded from possible hoist oil leakage. Couplings and sockets must not be recessed into the body of the trailer • All electrical wiring must be protected with an insulated conduit over and above the natural outcase of the wire. An additional conduit must be securely attached to the body of the trailer. The electrical entry socket is to be Philips style SAE-J560 Utilux type P/N H1715BK mounted adjacent to the other couplings. The gates are to be air operated. All lamps must be protected to avoid damage when tipping • Brake airline couplings to be Ryco type P/N 320 and 303 and again mounted with the other sockets • Body floor to be at least 5mm thick Bisalloy 360 steel. Body must be at least 23 cubic metres capacity. Sides to be approximately 1 (one) metre in height and length to be approximately 9 (nine) metres long. Rear 1500mm of sides to be 5mm Bisalloy 360 and tailgate to be 5mm Bisalloy 360. Remainder of sides and front to be Bisalloy 80 • All welds must be run longitudinally on frame members. Special care must be taken to avoid weak spots at the finish of all welds • One copy of parts book must be supplied for all components of the trailer – CD preferred • Ring feeder to be attached to rear of trailer • Air suspension • Reversing alarm to be fitted to rear of trailer (variable pitch) RMS compliant • Mud guards to be attached to the side of trailer over front and rear wheel assemblies with mud flaps at rear • Axles to be fitted with disc brakes. Boosters and brake calliper components to be protected from stone damage where possible • Number of weeks (after official order) for delivery to be nominated. • Trailers to be delivered to Council’s Hillston Works Depot.
