Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced electrical maintenance organisations to provide electrical preventative maintenance services to the Cumberland Local Government Area including administration buildings, Depots, community centres, libraries, childcare centres, sporting facilities, public amenities, swim centres, multi-level carparks and domestic units. Contract Type: Major Service Contract Contract Term: The term of engagement will be three years, with options to extend for further one plus one years at the sole discretion of Council Please note that reactive maintenance and minor projects works do not form part of this tender, to ensure probity, governance best value for Council, for quality control purposes. Current reactive electrical contractors will not be considered for the scheduled contract, and successful tenderers must not have any conflict of interest with reactive electrical panel contractors either. The required works identified during preventive maintenance that exceed the scope within this tender will be carried out by other contractors under Council panel contract RFx680 - Reactive Services panel Contract – Plumbing & Electrical
