Private Rural Land Flood Debris Clean-Up Project

Overview The NSW Environment Protection Authority is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to deliver land-based clean-up works on private rural land affected by flood debris. Purpose The project aims to engage a suitably qualified supplier to deliver safe, timely and effective land-based clean-up works on private rural land in accordance with NSW Disaster Assistance Guidelines and DRFA requirements, drawing on proven delivery models from previous EPA flood recovery programs. Scope The scope of works includes but is not limited to: Removal of large and hazardous debris from private rural land using appropriate equipment and suitably qualified personnel Collection, transport and lawful disposal of debris at approved waste facilities, with records of disposal (including waste dockets, tonnages and waste types) provided to the EPA Geospatial recording, mapping, tracking and reporting of debris locations, property status and project progress, including before and after photographs Regular project reporting, progress updates and invoicing Appropriate supervision, project management and participation in regular project meetings The supplier must deliver the works continuously and efficiently until the EPA determines that all identified debris posing a risk has been removed from approved sites.
