About this tender
Overview Port Waratah Coal Services Limited is seeking responses from suppliers for Tender 26-056, Provision of Crane Hire Services. Scope Provision of crane hire services throughout the Kooragang and Carrington Coal Terminals Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents must be obtained after registration. Within five (5) days of receiving the Tender, respondents must advise of their intention to participate by email to gerard.payne@pwcs.com.au. All schedules within the Tender Package must be completed. A site inspection is not deemed necessary for this Tender. Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic Tender box. Respondents will receive a successful Submission Receipt which will be timed and dated upon completion. Tenderers must complete and sign all Tender Schedules and review the enclosed draft Contract as part of their submission. Port Waratah is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Port Waratah's staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries concerning the proposal. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
