About this tender
Overview The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive health assessment services for its employees, aimed at promoting the physical and psychological well-being of employees through a three-tiered personal health assessment approach. Scope The scope includes provision of a three-tiered personal health assessment approach that reflects the relative health risks and position of employees: Comprehensive health assessment for Executive staff and employees over 50 years Mid-level health assessment for employees aged 40 to 49 years Screening health assessment for employees under 40 years Information Requested The completed response form and proposal must be included with the submission. Eligibility Conditions for participation are set out in the Open Tender Requirements Document.
