Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is facilitating this tender on behalf of participating councils seeking suitably qualified and experienced person(s) or companies to undertake road resurfacing works. Purpose The participating councils are seeking suitably qualified and experienced person(s)/companies to undertake full service work for a period of 36 months from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with provision for a possible 2 x 12-month extensions. Scope The scope includes: Bitumen spray sealing Asphaltic concrete Mill and re-sheet Road surface crack sealing Heavy patching About This process is being facilitated on behalf of Bellingen Shire Council, MidCoast Council and Nambucca Valley Council. Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period: 36 months, from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029 Extension provision: possible 2 x 12-month extensions Instructions to Tenderers Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box.
