Overview Coffs Harbour City Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified tenderers for the receival and subsequent disposal of liquid waste delivered by the City of Coffs Harbour vacuum trucks. About Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. It is a thriving regional coastal city of approximately 85,000 people and enjoys a unique lifestyle created by its geography and climate. Nestled between coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and the 80 kilometres of golden beaches that form its boundaries, Coffs Harbour has gained a reputation as a dynamic and rapidly expanding economic hub. Scope Receival of liquid waste delivered by City of Coffs Harbour vacuum trucks Subsequent disposal of the received liquid waste Contract Terms and Conditions The City intends to enter into an agreement with one contractor for an initial 12-month term, with one optional 12-month extension at the Principal's discretion Instructions to Tenderers RFT documents may be obtained after registration on Tenderlink. RFT enquiries should be directed to Mr Leonard Maharaj, Operations Engineer, Water and Wastewater, via the Tenderlink online forum by COB Friday 9th October 2026. Completed RFT responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the editable MS Word document supplied in the RFT document package. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced RFT or all or any part of the RFT, and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors and members of City staff other than the contact detailed above by a tenderer may render their tender submission ineligible for evaluation.
