About this tender

PURPOSE: Bourke Shire Council requires experienced and qualified Contractors to provide all necessary staff and resources to provide Wet and Dry Plant Hire within the Bourke LGA. TERM: Tender submissions will be evaluated and noted as a 'Standing Offer' from the Contractor. Tenders shall be valid for the period 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027. Council may, at its sole discretion, extend the tender validity period until 31 August 2027, if required. PARTICIPATING COUNCIL: This process is being facilitated on behalf of Bourke Shire Council. INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 20 July 2026. DOCUMENTS: Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method detailed in SPT222627BOU Bourke Shire Council Plant Hire Tender Form 2026-2027 Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating council is not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
