Maintenance of public area lighting at the SOPA precinct, including street lighting, carpark lighting, parks lighting and precinct feature lighting. Project goals Maintaining safe and functional public area lighting Assets. Sydney Olympic Park has large parkland and public domain area throughout the precinct which are impacted from safe and functional assets to allow increase in visitation. Scope This Request for Tender relates to the inspection, repair and maintenance of Public Area Lighting to the Sydney Olympic Park Authority. However, the tenderer agrees to supply the Deliverables to other public sector service agencies (as defined in the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002) if an order is placed by such agencies on the same or similar terms and conditions agreed with the Sydney Olympic Park Authority following this tender. Additional details/instructions Tender briefing – Optional Attendance A tender briefing will be held on, 14 July 2026 at 10:30AM at Level 8, 5 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park. Registration of attendance at the Tender Briefing is mandatory and is required no later than 9:00 am Tuesday, 14 July 2026. Registration to the tender briefing is to be made by email to tender contact Email: Michael.Kalokeri@sopa.nsw.gov.au No more than (2) representatives from each tender organisation will be permitted to attend the Tender Briefing. This will be the only opportunity to attend a briefing. Attendance at the Tender briefing is not mandatory. Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend.
