Overview The City of Ryde is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for the rectification of construction works at Rockend Cottage, located at 40 Punt Road, Gladesville, New South Wales. About The City of Ryde covers an area of 40.651 square kilometres and lies in the central northern part of the Sydney metropolitan area, approximately 12 kilometres from the centre of Sydney. The City occupies most of the divide between the Parramatta and Lane Cove rivers and comprises 16 suburbs within its boundaries. Contractor Requirements Tenderers must have Heritage building experience Contract Terms and Conditions The Conditions of Contract will be AS4000-2025 General Conditions of Contract Tender Briefing and Site Inspection An RFT site walkthrough will be held for this opportunity.
