Project goals: Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the removal of debris and rubbish from Little Salt Pan Creek – Centaur Street to Virginius Street, Padstow and Ashford Avenue, Milperra. Scope: The key objectives of the Tender are to: Clear excessive sediment build-up and invasive or obstructive weed/reed accumulation to re-establish appropriate stormwater flow capacity and reduce localised flood risk Protect mangroves, aquatic habitat, and tidal ecosystems Ensure all works are undertaken using best-practice environmental and safety controls Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, planning and WHS legislation.
