Liverpool Plains Shire Council ("Council") is inviting Quotations from suitably qualified Suppliers with demonstrated experience in Audio-Visual (“AV”) solutions for the upgrade of the Council Chamber AV equipment. The objective of this project is to modernise and enhance the Council Chamber’s AV infrastructure, improving sound quality, system flexibility, management capabilities, and overall user experience for both in-person and hybrid meetings. The scope of the AV Upgrade Projects includes, but is not limited to, the following: (a) Upgrade of existing audio hardware, soft (b) Provision of centralised control, monitoring and management capabilities for AV equipment. (c) Delivery of administrative training and comprehensive supporting documentation. Suppliers are encouraged to propose solutions that align with industry better practice and support Council’s operational and technology requirements.
