Scope The scope includes: Provision of security services across seven fenced New Year's Eve vantage sites, supported by NSW Police, from various times on 31 December 2026 to 1am on 1 January 2027 Attendance at pre-event planning meetings with event stakeholders, including Woollahra Council staff and NSW Police Participation in a post-event review The parks and anticipated (maximum) crowd numbers are: Yarranabbe Park, maximum 10,000 (gated, alcohol free) McKell Park, 1,000 (gated, alcohol free) Dumaresq Reserve, 250 (gated, alcohol free) Rose Bay Foreshore, 2,500 (gated, alcohol free) Duff Reserve, 100 (gated, alcohol free) Redleaf grounds and Murray Rose Pool, 1,000 (gated, alcohol free) Queens Ave Vaucluse, 200 (gated, alcohol free) Detailed specifications, with site maps, are provided in the attached documents.
