Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for electrical services: Scope Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the following electrical services: Separable Portion 1 – Inspection, testing and tagging, reporting of items of various plug in type electrical equipment Separable Portion 2 – Inspection, testing, fault finding, repairing and reporting on residual current devices Separable Portion 3 – Inspection and testing, repairing and reporting for exit and emergency lighting Separable Portion 4 – Thermal imaging and reporting for switch boards. Separable Portion 5 – General electrical services for repairs and maintenance. Tenderers will be providing electrical services for a wide range of assets including but not limited to Community Facilities, Leisure and Aquatics Facilities, Libraries and Knowledge Centres, Operational Buildings, Park Amenities, Sports and Recreation Buildings, Multi-Storey Carparks, Administration Centres etc across the Canterbury-Bankstown LGA. Due to the differing operational requirements and characteristics of the buildings, they have been divided into two distinct categories: the Civic Precinct, and all other sites.
