Overview HealthShare NSW is seeking tenders for Nuclear Medicine and Associated Equipment and Maintenance under Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) reference HSSP_HC26_NUC971. Scope The scope includes: Provision of Operational Maintenance (OPM) for the Deliverables, to the extent purchased under a Customer Purchase Order under the SOA For Low Value Equipment (LVE) or equipment that is not field repairable, provision of a proposal for a Preventive Maintenance (PM) arrangement or an equipment Equivalent Loan/Exchange program for the stated equipment lifecycle (as set out in C7), where a Comprehensive Maintenance contract (COPML2) is not considered appropriate Under the PM model, provision of scheduled PM and statutory safety inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations Remedial maintenance undertaken on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis using the tendered labour, travel and parts rates For LVE proposals, an optional Supplier Specific Operational Maintenance (SSOPM) support model for the equipment lifecycle, which may include Equivalent Loan/Exchange Units, with full details provided in the applicable C7 section For equipment that is not field repairable, an Equivalent Loan/Exchange based support model for the equipment lifecycle, accepted by the Principal For all other equipment, provision of a Comprehensive Maintenance (COPML2) proposal as the minimum OPM requirement, as a prerequisite to offering optional COPML1, SSOPM and BSOPM proposals Optional Comprehensive Maintenance (COPML1) where specifically requested Pricing of OPM services to reflect the requirements of Table 5, OPM Contract Types, and optionally Table 6, OPM Contract Options Information Requested A completed OPM Comparator document for each SSOPM offer submitted, included in the downloaded RFT documentation package (an OPM Comparator document must also be completed at the time of negotiation for any SSOPM and BSOPM proposals negotiated post award and listed onto the SOA using the Request for Variation process) A total fixed price and completion timeframe covering the full scope of the works requested by the Customer, except for items expressly identified as exclusions Where practicable, a Schedule of Prices itemising all major work activities together with their associated fixed prices and completion timeframes Quotations must not be based on assumptions; where a work activity cannot be accurately priced due to insufficient information or unresolved site conditions, it must be clearly identified as an excluded item or variable cost item, together with the reason and any investigation required to establish a fixed price Instructions to Tenderers Further information is available in the attached RFT documentation for this tender.
