RFT Sirius Student Accommodation Carpark Rectification and Lighting Upgrade

Overview Southern Cross University invites Requests for Tender from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake civil rectification and electrical lighting upgrade works at the Sirius Student Accommodation Carpark located at 147 Military Road, East Lismore. Objectives Rectify existing drainage deficiencies within the carpark Improve stormwater collection and conveyance infrastructure Undertake associated pavement, kerb and concrete reinstatement works Upgrade portions of the carpark to improve functionality and durability Install a new carpark lighting system to improve safety and security for residents and visitors Scope The scope includes: Civil rectification works at the Sirius Student Accommodation Carpark Electrical lighting upgrade works at the Sirius Student Accommodation Carpark Undertaking works within an operational residential environment, allowing for staging, traffic management, resident access and site safety throughout the project
