About this tender
This project covers full delivery of a workplace psychological health and safety coaching service, including design, implementation, customer engagement, marketing, promotion, and evaluation. Project goals The objective of the procurement is to continue the NSW Department of Customer Service (DCS)/SafeWork NSW investment into improving the psychological health and safety of NSW privately owned small to medium sized businesses (with less than 200 employees) and NSW not‑for‑profit organisations of any size – following on from the previous Workplace Mental Health Coaching program. Scope End-to-end delivery of a Workplace Psychological Health & Safety coaching program for the target persons referenced in the Statement of Requirements Persons Conducting Business or Undertaking (PCBU) groups, including end-to-end project planning and implementation, marketing and promotion, and evaluation of the coaching service, outlined as follows: 1) Target PCBU business groups & eligible participants 2) Coaching service duration & delivery modes 3) Coaching focus, topics & areas of support 4) Service Delivery stages, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implementation protocols 5) Recruitment – marketing and engagement 6) Evaluation and follow-up services 7) Coaching service workforce & capability requirements 8) Engagement with SafeWork NSW subject matter experts 9) Confidentiality, privacy and data governance Primary contact: Bridget Spinoulas bridget.spinoulas@safework.nsw.gov.au
