Purpose The assessment follows leakage identified at the reservoir after the March 2026 earthquake and takes into account the reservoir's age of over 60 years. Scope The scope includes: Evaluation of the reservoir's structural integrity, serviceability, durability, remaining service life, and repair options Preparation of a performance-based specification for the preferred remediation option, to restore the reservoir's performance and maximise its operational service life Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Council will hold a mandatory on-site meeting at the Shantalla Reservoir Premises.
