Lane Cove Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors to undertake slab stabilisation and re-levelling works at the Lane Cove Civic Centre. Scope of Works: Site establishment, WHS documentation, and project management Investigation and assessment of existing slab condition Supply and application of appropriate stabilisation methodology (e.g. polyurethane injection, grout injection, or equivalent) Re-levelling of affected slab areas Making good of all affected surfaces upon completion Disposal of waste and final site clean-up Pricing Requirements: Provide a lump sum price (GST exclusive) for the full scope Pricing must include all labour, materials, plant, and associated costs Contractor Requirements: Demonstrated experience in slab stabilisation and remediation works Relevant licences and insurances Compliance with WHS legislation and Council requirements Additional Notes: Contractors are encouraged to attend a site inspection prior to submission All methodologies to be proposed by the contractor and supported by appropriate documentation Mandatory Site Inspection Tuesday 30 June 2026 11am Lane Cove Council, Civic Centre, 48 Longueville Road Lane Cove
