This will be for up to a 12-month term, with any extension subject to procurement requirements. Council has undertaken service reviews across core service areas and is progressing strategic planning and reform initiatives. This RFQ seeks to establish a defined advisory engagement to support these activities. The scope of services includes senior-level strategic advisory capability to support executive decision-making, service reform, infrastructure planning, governance improvement, organisational transition and long-term sustainability initiatives.
