About this tender

Hydrographic sonar surveys of targeted flood-impacted NSW rivers to locate and assess submerged debris hazards. Includes SSS/MBES surveys, geospatial data, reporting and safety risk recommendations Project goals To engage a suitably qualified supplier to identify, prioritise, and support the safe and timely water-based clean up, drawing on proven delivery models from the EPA’s Hydrographic Surveys (2021–2023) and Shoreline Clean‑up (2021–2025) programs, and operating in line with the NSW Disaster Assistance Guidelines and DRFA requirements to safeguard public safety, protect the environment, and support community recovery. Scope Scope of works will include but not limited to, Provide and maintain all licences, qualifications and insurances required to undertake the services. Plan, mobilise and undertake hydrographic surveys to identify and locate submerged large and hazardous debris within nominated waterways/reaches. Provide agreed deliverables and progress reports (including invoicing) in accordance with the contract schedule. Provide a mapped debris register and survey data package in agreed formats suitable for EPA use and to support downstream clean-up/removal planning. Participate in contract governance (e.g., project meetings) and comply with all WHS, maritime and environmental requirements while delivering the services.
