Notice – Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is providing notice to the industry to complete the Confidentiality Deed for Sydney Harbour Bridge - Temporary Access Systems project. Project goals TfNSW's objectives for the project are to deliver safe, efficient access solutions for painting the Sydney Harbour Bridge ahead of its centenary. Scope Transport for NSW invites EOIs from experienced organisations to deliver safe, efficient access solutions for painting the Sydney Harbour Bridge ahead of its centenary. The Project consists of design and installation of equipment to enable safe, structurally capable access to upper elements of the Sydney Harbour Bridge (SHB). The elements which require access will generally consist of the following elements/access packages: Top Chord Perpendicular Laterals Top Chord Diagonal Laterals Bottom Chord Perpendicular Laterals Bottom Chord Diagonal Laterals Posts (vertical between top and bottom chords) Diagonals Hangers (vertical between bottom chord and deck) Rail Corridor underside access deck Rail Corridor topside protection platform Mechanical Services platforms to support refurbishment activities (i.e. painting & steelworks) Additional details/instructions An EOI briefing will be held at the following sessions: 1. Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) 10:30am on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 via MS Teams. [Sydney time] 2. Eastern Standard Time (EST) UTC/GMT-5 hour, 5:00pm on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 via MS Teams. [Sydney time is 8:00am on Thursday, 25 June 2026] 3. British Summer Time UTC/GMT +1hour, BST, 8:00am on Thursday, 25 June 2026 via MS Teams. [Sydney time is 5:00pm on Thursday, 25 June 2026] Attendance is not mandatory to submit a conforming Application. Applicants will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) to the contact officer at Construction.Tenders@transport.nsw.gov.au prior to being given access to the Expression of Interest (EOI) documents.
