About this tender
Overview Destination NSW (DNSW) is seeking responses from suitably experienced suppliers to deliver artist contract management services for Vivid Sydney throughout the event delivery period. About Vivid Sydney is an annual celebration of creativity, innovation and technology, which transforms Sydney for 23 days and nights in May-June. Vivid Sydney is Australia's largest event and the Southern Hemisphere's leading multi-artform festival, with program 'pillars' spanning Light, Music, Minds and Food. Purpose The procurement is intended to engage an experienced supplier with the capability and resource capacity to deliver artist contract management services for Vivid Sydney throughout the event delivery period. Scope The scope includes: Support for contract and financial management of live performers, including musicians, singers, DJs, speakers, chefs and MCs (artists), engaged for Vivid Sydney Contracting of artists for Vivid Sydney Management of artist contractual payments, including superannuation where applicable The RFT documents under the Requirements section of this opportunity contain a detailed description of Destination NSW's requirements for Vivid Sydney Artist Contract Management Services and should be considered carefully by all respondents.
