SERVICE REQUIRED: Shellharbour City Council invites submissions for the provision of a Lead Consultant services in producing the Warilla Grove Precinct- De-risking Development Project. The precinct is located within the East Lake Illawarra Corridor, which is a designated strategic growth and urban renewal areas for the Illawarra region. Warilla Grove is a centre with strong potential to act as a catalyst for broader redevelopment along the corridor and supporting investment in public transport infrastructure. The primary output of the Project is an Urban Design Study, supported by flood, transport and feasibility inputs. The Urban Design Study will include delivery of high quality urban design and public domain outcomes, site-specific design solutions and pattern book solutions and inform amendments to Council policies. ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Lucy Langley via the on-line forum SUBMITTING TENDER: i) Tenders can be submitted in electronic format through Councils e-tendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format. ii) Alternatively, Tenders can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre. While discouraged, Council will accept EOIs submitted by facsimile to Councils Records and Document Management Department on 02 4221 6016, however, Council will not accept emailed tender submissions. CLOSING DATE AND TIME: This EOI closes at 10am Tuesday 14 July 2026 REMINDER: Ensure ALL files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box PRIOR to the time and date above. PLEASE NOTE: The ETB closes automatically at this time - file transfers still in progress at the exact closing time WILL NOT be accepted and you will not receive an automatic "successful submission" notice. DO NOT leave your submission to the last minute. As a guide you should begin your file transfer at least 1 hour prior to closing
