Refer to attached RFT document suite Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for Transaction Management Services for the Windsor Road Upgrade at Rouse Hill Project Design and Construct Contract. The Scope of Services and Options include preparation of all documentation required to support the development, coordination, management and record keeping for the Registration of Interest (ROI), Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Tender (RFT), tender period, evaluation, contract negotiation, contract conformance, and tenderer debrief activities. The Contractor will be responsible for coordination of all activities, associated approvals and management of technical requirements to Transport for NSW standards. The project scope includes delivery of the Commercial Road section as early works (Stage 1A). The Transaction Management Team will be responsible for ensuring clear and consistent definition of scope boundaries, design responsibilities, and interface arrangements between Stage 1A Works and the Balance of Works across all procurement and contract documentation. Attendance is non-mandatory. (The link to the online briefing session will be provided once the signed CDP is received). Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the Confidentiality Deed Poll) in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the password to access the Request for Tender (RFT) documents.
