Overview Massey University is advising the market of an upcoming opportunity for suppliers appointed to the All-of-Government (AoG) Construction Consultancy Services Panel to develop a comprehensive Student Accommodation Strategic Asset Management Plan. Purpose The plan will support future investment decision-making across the University's accommodation portfolio through a strategic assessment of student accommodation assets located across Massey's campuses. The resulting plan will provide a robust evidence base to support the University's future accommodation strategy and capital investment priorities. Scope The engagement is expected to include: Assessment of asset condition Assessment of asset utilisation and capacity Demand forecasting Financial performance assessment Assessment of investment opportunities Development of a long-term strategic roadmap to guide future accommodation planning and investment decisions Eligibility Suppliers must be appointed to the All-of-Government (AoG) Construction Consultancy Services Panel Instructions to Tenderers This Advance Market Notification is provided for planning and market awareness purposes only and does not constitute a request for bids or proposals.
