Overview Inland Revenue is providing advanced notice of a fitout project at Home Straight, Te Rapa, Hamilton. The department is looking to consolidate its two sites at Te Rapa into one to optimise its property footprint at this location. Purpose The consolidation of the two Te Rapa sites into one is intended to optimise Inland Revenue's property footprint at this location. Scope The scope includes: Completion of fitout works of the existing building at Home Straight on the ground floor Minor conversions across Levels 1 and 2 Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced construction main contractors capable of undertaking the works at Home Straight Instructions to Tenderers Inland Revenue is currently in the design process and intends to engage a Construction Main Contractor through an open Registration of Interest (ROI), followed by a closed Request for Proposal. The ROI is expected to be released in early October 2026, with construction works expected to start in July 2027. Parties interested in this opportunity are invited to subscribe to this notice and download the attachments. Interested parties are welcome to contact the nominated contact person to register their interest, however no preference will be given for any pre-registration prior to the release of the ROI.
