Overview The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (New Zealand Government Procurement) intends to undertake a Panel Refresh of the All-of-Government (AoG) Banking Services Panel, providing new providers with an opportunity to join the panel for the contract period 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2029. Purpose The AoG Banking Services Panel is due for renewal. The Panel Refresh is being conducted to provide new providers with an opportunity to join the panel ahead of the new contract period. Scope In scope The following areas are in scope of the new contract: Foreign Exchange Services Payment Services Card Services Non-core Transactional Banking Services (for Non-core Agencies) Out of scope The following area is out of scope of the new contract: Core Crown Transactional Banking Services Instructions to Tenderers The Panel Refresh is expected to be conducted in two stages: A Registration for Interest (ROI) will be released through the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) in September 2026. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be released in October 2026 for shortlisted respondents.
