Overview The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is reopening the All of Government Construction Consultancy Services (AoG CCS) panel to new applications through a scheduled onboarding round, in order to support supplier access to government construction consultancy opportunities. This invitation relates to the second onboarding round, which will run from 1 September to 30 September 2026. About The AoG CCS panel is managed by MBIE and reopens to new applications through scheduled onboarding rounds twice a year. Scope Applications are invited from providers of construction consultancy services in the following categories: Architecture and Design Building Services / Mechanical / Hydraulic / Electrical Engineering (also referred to as Internal engineering disciplines) Civil / Structural / Geo-Technical Engineering (also referred to as External engineering disciplines) Environmental Design Fire Engineering Project Management Quantity Surveying Transport and Road Engineering Supplementary Services (a collection of services that do not particularly relate to one of the above categories) Eligibility Existing AoG CCS panel suppliers are not required to reapply, as their panel membership remains active, unless they wish to add new services to their current offering.
