Overview New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking an experienced and capable contractor to deliver HVAC asset replacement projects at the Civic Centre, including the procurement, secure storage, installation, and commissioning of HVAC equipment. Scope The scope includes: Procurement of HVAC equipment for the asset replacement projects Secure storage of the procured equipment at the contractor's storage facility until installation is undertaken Installation of HVAC equipment Commissioning of HVAC equipment Carrying out replacement works within an operational building, with careful planning and execution to maintain continuity of service, minimise disruption to building occupants, and reduce operational risk Contractor Requirements Experience and capability in delivering HVAC asset replacement projects Access to a secure storage facility for holding procured equipment prior to installation Capability to respond to emergency chiller failures and, where required, provide an expedited replacement solution to restore services as quickly as possible
