Overview Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora) has issued this Invitation to Participate (ITP) seeking a Strategic Delivery Partner, or Strategic Delivery Partners, as part of its Corporate Experience Programme. This ITP follows the advance notice issued on GETS on 6 October. Instructions to Tenderers This ITP is the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process conducted under the New Zealand Government Procurement Rules (5th Edition). It sets out the requirements, shortlisting criteria, process rules and timetable for participation. Subject to relevant approvals and the outcome of this process, shortlisted respondents may subsequently be invited to participate in Competitive Dialogue before submitting a final proposal or best and final offer.
