About this tender
Overview Inland Revenue Department (NZ) is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers that can provide a secure, sustainable capability for processing, analysing and supporting the controlled review of digital forensic evidence. This is an open Expression of Interest for a digital forensic evidence processing and review capability. Purpose The EOI will help Inland Revenue understand available solutions, service models, transition approaches and indicative commercial options. This EOI is expected to be the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process. Inland Revenue currently intends to limit participation in subsequent stages to suppliers that respond to this EOI, but reserves the right to broaden competition if required to achieve value for money or meet procurement obligations. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a secure, sustainable capability for processing digital forensic evidence Analysis of digital forensic evidence Support for the controlled review of digital forensic evidence Instructions to Tenderers Each Respondent is responsible for ensuring that its Response is received by Inland Revenue through Cotiss, on or before the Deadline for Responses. Inland Revenue will acknowledge receipt of each Response. You must submit your Response electronically through Cotiss using the response form provided. Submit the completed response in Microsoft Word format and as a separate PDF version. Submit any supporting commercial schedules in Microsoft Excel where applicable. Your Proposal must be titled "Digital forensic evidence processing and review capability". Access to this EOI will be provided exclusively via Cotiss, as will all questions, answers, updates and addendums that pertain to this procurement process. Respondents must submit their Proposals through Cotiss. You will need to create a Cotiss account for your organisation to access Cotiss. Creating a Cotiss account will require acceptance by your organisation of the Cotiss Terms of Service.
