About this tender
Overview The Sisters of Compassion Group is seeking to procure a contractor or multiple contractors to provide grounds and landscape maintenance services across multiple portfolios and sites, notably Upper Hutt, Horowhenua, and Island Bay, under a refreshed and more formalised scope and pricing basis. Scope The scope includes: Lawn maintenance Hard-surface and vegetation control Garden maintenance Hedges and pruning Pest and disease control, where applicable Planting and refurbishment allowances Minor tree maintenance, for trees up to 3.5 m (larger tree works are excluded and separately procured) Management, reporting, and performance response Contract Terms and Conditions Contract term commencing October 2026 Instructions to Tenderers You will need to register for a free Adcentre account to download the documents.
