Overview Health New Zealand is issuing this notice for a Future Procurement Opportunity, with the intention to seek future proposals from Main Contractors for the construction of the Rotorua Hospital Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) facility upgrade. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a new roof for the Special Care Baby Unit Internal ward fit out of the Special Care Baby Unit Installation of required medical gases, data, electrical, HVAC and hydraulics services Delivery of works within the live environment of Rotorua Hospital The unit comprises two separate ward spaces for babies in monitoring, an isolation room, a whānau room and staff areas.
