About this advance notice

Overview Christchurch City Council (Council) is seeking a Panel of Consultant partners to enable the delivery of Council's Three Waters capital programme over the next three years, with two one-year extension options subject to agreement. About This is the third iteration of the Hybrid Delivery Model (HDM) Consultancy Services Panel and will be the primary vehicle for delivering the professional services component of the Three Waters capital programme. Council's adopted Long Term Plan 2024-2034 provides for approximately $2.9 billion of Three Waters capital investment over ten years. Purpose The Panel is being established to enable the delivery of Council's Three Waters capital programme.
