About this tender

Overview Waikato District Council (WDC) is seeking a suitably experienced civil contractor to deliver the Tamahere Drive pavement rehabilitation and urban upgrade physical works (between RP: 0.123 and RP: 1.325) under one contract. Scope The scope includes: Pavement rehabilitation between RP: 0.123 and RP: 1.325 on Tamahere Drive Removal of the existing aggregate stockpile site Construction of approximately 40 new diagonal parking spaces Installation of a designated pedestrian crossing point Associated drainage and utility adjustments Traffic management Environmental controls Quality assurance Reinstatement and handover documentation Contractor Requirements Safely deliver the controlled design Comply with all consent and statutory requirements Manage live-road and community interfaces Contract Terms and Conditions Practical Completion must be achieved by 5 April 2027 Instructions to Tenderers Please note that the Basis of Payment document will be uploaded early next week.
