Overview The University of Canterbury is providing advance notice of an upcoming contract opportunity for internal building cleaning services (labour only) across University buildings. This is an advance notice of the contract opportunity only. No proposals or expressions of interest will be accepted under this advance notice. Scope The scope includes: Cleaning of internal areas within University buildings The services under this contract are limited to internal cleaning and exclude all external cleaning activities, including but not limited to building exteriors, external windows, roofs, gutters, car parks, footpaths, landscaping, and other outdoor areas.
