About this tender

NPDC is seeking a highly qualified contractor with proven expertise in: • Designing and Constructing Large Diameter culvert/pipe Liners (greater than 1500mm ID) • Working in live stream environments • Engineered solutions built to NPDC Structural Design Requirements, as referenced in Appendix B - NPDC Culvert Renewals Principal’s Requirements and Technical Specification. The contractor must demonstrate: • A strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) track record, aligned with industry best practices • Robust subcontractor management and a comprehensive construction methodology • Strong project management capabilities suited to compact and complex sites • A collaborative attitude that aligns with NPDC’s values and commitment to high-quality outcomes • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including with mana whenua and local community This project demands a contractor who can deliver safe, sustainable, and culturally respectful infrastructure outcomes in a challenging environment.
