Overview Lincoln University requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced exterior building cleaning contractor to provide exterior building cleaning services for University facilities at its Central Campus. Scope The scope includes: Safe and effective cleaning of building exteriors, including façades, windows, cladding, roofs, gutters, downpipes, canopies, entrances, and other services as required Delivery of services in a manner that maintains the appearance, condition, and longevity of University assets Minimising disruption to staff, students, and visitors while services are delivered Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in exterior building cleaning Capable of undertaking safe and effective cleaning of building exteriors Site Inspection Prospective suppliers can register for a site visit by contacting George Clarke, Building Maintenance Lead, at george.clarke@lincoln.ac.nz.
