Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is inviting suitably qualified contractors to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) to act as Main Contractor for a sitewide Roofing and Moisture Damaged Linings Replacement Project at Mangakōtukutuku College, covering buildings 1G, 1J, 3A, 4C, 4D, 4R, 4T, 3B, and PA. Purpose The project is intended to address ongoing water ingress issues at the college that have resulted in moisture damage, mould growth, degradation, end-of-life roofing, and health and safety concerns affecting learning environments throughout the school. Scope The scope includes: Sitewide roofing replacement across buildings 1G, 1J, 3A, 4C, 4D, 4R, 4T, 3B, and PA at Mangakōtukutuku College Replacement of moisture damaged linings within the affected buildings Instructions to Tenderers All communications regarding this Registration of Interest must take place through GETS.
