Overview Christchurch City Council is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals for the provision of manual water meter reading services across its territorial boundary. About The Council provides potable water services to connected residential and commercial properties. Property water consumption is measured by approximately 147,000 mechanical water meters, which are read by manual methods every three months.
