About this tender
Overview Nelson City Council is seeking a competent and experienced supplier to deliver noise control services. Purpose It is a requirement for Nelson City Council under section 31(1)(d) of the Resource Management Act 1991 (the RMA) (statutory requirement) to provide noise control services that involve controlling the emission of noise and the mitigation of the effects of noise. A major component of this function is the control of excessive noise.
